CliSys has been evaluated by the WMO and was found totally compliant to their requirements in 2002.
In June 2007, CliSys has been selected by the WMO during an international invitation to tender for the benefit of the Libyan National Meteorological Centre.
CliSys creates automatically standard WMO BUFR CLIMA T messages and sends them to the G.T.S. via an Automatic Message Switching System.
